Gordon-Cumming, son of a Scottish baronet, was an accomplished world traveller and sportsman, and known as the "Lion Hunter" He hunted in Africa mainly for meat, skins and ivory for himself, mostly in Bechuanaland and the valley of the Limpopo River.This volume includes several maps and black and white illustrations.
